All sales are final. Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving the items. All items sent back are at the sender's expense. It is recommended that you ship items with tracking. We are not responsible for lost items.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached.
Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged. We do not accept bodysuits and accessories.

All domestic orders are shipped via Canada Post.
Orders typically take 2-5business days to arrive- INCLEMENT WEATHER, DISTANCE FROM SENDER, COVID 19, OR A VARIETY OF OTHER UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES may make this time longer.

If you suspect your item had been misdelivered or lost- PLEASE PUT IN A CLAIM WITH CANADA POST BEFORE SENDING AN EMAIL TO email@example.com. We cannot assist with lost or delayed packages without a claim number.
